As a Founder and Chairman of INI (formerly Burt Hill - Stantec Consulting) he is instrumental in forming and delivering research-driven, large multi-use developments. His work has won many recognized international and national awards Including FAIA Honour from American Institute of Architects. He has also held teaching positions at Carnegie Mellon University and University of Texas and has served as Director and Principal of Architecture and Planning School at Ganpat University and is Board of Advisory for Nirma University School of Architecture and Planning. He has presented in several known national & international conferences.

Mr. Hariyani has a degree in Architecture from CEPT University, a second Master of Architecture - II specializing in Urban Design & Planning from Syracuse University, New York, and an Executive MBA from Katz School of Business, USA. He has led regional planning & urban design projects totaling 75000+ acres in India. He has also lead design of over 200+ Million sqft of built environment projects across India and Internationally that includes many gold and platinum rated IGBC/LEED certified green projects. Mr. Hariyani is deeply engaged in transforming the design and construction practice and education of architecture, urban design and planning to make them more relevant, effective and environmentally conscious.

His sustainable design and planning philosophy seek to create communities that are energy efficient and responsible. Dr.Omkar Powar is a senior innovations manager at Schueco Innovaton Hub for Asia, Oceania & the Americas which is located in India. He has received his Master of Engineering (Structures) from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS) Pilani and then obtained his Ph.D. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in year 2021. He is the first ever Wind-Façade Structural Engineer in India with a doctoral research work focusing on the wind tunnel evaluation of the surface pressure distributions on Tall Building Façades. He has authored research articles and presented at various international conferences, prominent publications being; “Learning from Façade Failures over Urban Landscape: Aftermath of Cyclone Vardah” ASCE (Nat. Hazards Rev. Journal), and “Localized Effects due to Aerodynamic Modifications in Buildings: A State-of-Art Review” in a book series by Springer.

He started his industry endeavor by joining the Innovation Hub of Schüco in year 2021. Currently he is responsible to tap the technological advancements in various interdisciplinary areas and harness their potential to apply in the domain of facades & building envelopes. He is involved in designing of user-centric and futuristic products. He also act as a point of contact for the collaboration activities with academia and allied industries. Before joining Schueco he has also shouldered the responsibilities (for 5+ years) of performing the structural proof-checks for various façade design projects. He has also been a resource person for numerous ‘Skill-Development Workshops’, ‘AICTE Quality Improvement Program’, and ‘Train the Trainers Program’ on Use of Glass and Glazing System in Buildings as per national and international design standards. Omkar is also a recipient of “AWSAR Award -2018” from Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India for the article “Glass: Superhero in the World of Construction Materials”.

Kushagra Awasthi comes with over 13 years of experience in various aspects of façade and fenestration in both Aluminium and UPVC products. By education, he is a post-graduate in Architecture, integrated with Façade Design, from TH OWL, Germany, and a graduate of Anna University in Mechanical Engineering, from India.

His core competencies include custom engineering, value engineering, and system development. In his current role, he heads the engineering division of Schueco India, that is responsible for technical compliance, pre-construction designing, post-award activities, structural engineering, new product development and L&D activities.

Prior to this role, he was leading product management for a global portfolio where he was accountable for article management, market analysis, product costing and product performance.

He comes with a diverse knowledge in project execution, auditing and troubleshooting with his experience over these 9 years with Schueco India, in both commercial and residential businesses. Before Schueco, his capabilities span across plant operations and material planning. In his free time, he prefers listening to music, and enjoys going on long scenic drives.

Pratik Doshi, is the National Manager for Façade Business at Schueco India. With 18 years of experience in Construction industry, and 9.5 of which he has spent at Schueco India, Pratik has handled various sales territories and worked closely with architects on various benchmark projects. He is passionate about making outstanding buildings and is always committed to supporting customers. Pratik wears multiple hats and is also the Head of Estimation department at Schueco India and is constantly working on developing the team and supporting fabricating partners with quicker responses.

Ashit Sevantilal Vora, aged 56 years, is the Managing Director and CEO of our Company. Tejas Kathiriya is an architect based in Ahemdabad. He received his bachelors of architecture in 2007. He worked with HCPDPM before went on to persue his masters degree in architecture and urban design from domus academy milan , Italy. After working in California, Italy and the Netherlands, He founded studio prAcademics, architecture and urban design practice based in Ahmedabad and Jaipur. He’s taught at various institutes across the globe where his teaching focus remains on urban design and housing design.

He is currently a Partner at Case Design, an international architectural and design practice based in Mumbai, and Director at Casegoods, a brand that retails furniture, lights, objects, and textiles in India and abroad. Prior to that, he was the founding Program Director of Product Design at ISDI (Parsons) Mumbai, where, he envisioned, contextualized, developed, and implemented the undergraduate Product Design Program in conjunction with Parsons School of Design, The New School, New York. As the Design Head at Reliance Brands, Mumbai, he worked on international product brands such as Muji, and Hamleys, among many other luxury brands. The role encompassed communication design, visual merchandising, exhibition design, installation design, new retail projects, and building external partnerships with creative practices.

Mr. Qutub Mandviwala, an architect from Mumbai, India is the founder of MQA[Mandviwala Qutub and Associates] an architecture and urban design studio.
