Prior to Evermark, he was with Goldman Sachs through C&W as Façade Project Manager and was Façade Manager at Larsen and Toubro (L&T) overseeing design and execution of various high quality and Landmark facades across India. Kushagra Awasti comes with over 13 years of experience in various aspects of façade and fenestration in both Aluminium and UPVC products. By education, he is a post-graduate in Architecture, integrated with Façade Design, from TH OWL, Germany, and a graduate of Anna University in Mechanical Engineering, from India.

His core competencies include custom engineering, value engineering, and system development. In his current role, he heads the engineering division of Schueco India, that is responsible for technical compliance, pre-construction designing, post-award activities, structural engineering, new product development and L&D activities.

Prior to this role, he was leading product management for a global portfolio where he was accountable for article management, market analysis, product costing and product performance.

He comes with a diverse knowledge in project execution, auditing and troubleshooting with his experience over these 9 years with Schueco India, in both commercial and residential businesses. Rafael is a Principal at Aedas with over 25 years of experience stretching more than 60 projects in 10 different countries – including Colombia, the USA, China, Singapore, and India. He holds a degree in Architecture from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia.

Joining Aedas in 2010, Rafael led the design and management of multiple projects including Sinarmas Land Headquarters and Ciputra International in Jakarta, Suntec City Mall A&A, and the LTA's Integrated Transport Hub - a large and complex Transport Oriented Development in Singapore.
