Dhurgai Kumaran is the Director- Architectural at FHD group. He is a bachelor of architecture from SAP, Anna University, Chennai and has a masters in advanced architectural design from SAC, Städelschule, Germany under. Having 15 years of experience in India and Germany, he has worked as a design architect with Bangalore based firms like ‘Inform architects’ and ‘Ocher Architects’. Enthusiastic in contemporary design methods and methodologies, he has implemented the parametric design method for the project “Skyline Plaza” for Jourdan Muller PAS, Frankfurt, Germany. He has also run the architectural studio for the M Arch programme in Anna University. Mr. Kumaran is keen on individual residences/working spaces where he find opportunities for new ways of analyzing /engaging people in the design and heading research on "re-approach" traditional sustainable materials with contemporary methods.

Subham is a Civil Engineering graduate with over 10 years of experience in the building materials industry. He specializes in passive fire protection, including intumescent coatings and firestops, having worked with renowned companies such as Sherwin Williams, AkzoNobel, and Hilti. Currently, he is associated with ROXUL ROCKWOOL, where he is dedicated to raising awareness among industry stakeholders about the importance of fire-safe stone wool insulation in various building applications.

Harsha is a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in façades and fenestration products, specializing in new product development for both Indian and international markets. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.

Currently, Harsha is responsible for leading the engineering division within the pre-award project process, overseeing technical compliance, pre-construction activities, design, and structural analysis for façade and fenestration projects.

Previously, Harsha spearheaded the development of innovative products tailored to various international markets, addressing distinct product standards, construction requirements, and testing protocols. He has worked closely with Schueco’s headquarters in Germany, managing collaborative development efforts.

With a strong background in concept design, technical expertise in fenestration, and extensive experience in testing, Harsha brings a comprehensive skill set to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys automotive sketching, baking, and watching movies.

KR Suresh has a wealth of facade knowledge and experience executing projects in India spanning 30 years. Suresh’s skill set includes design, manufacturing construction and consulting including 22+ years with Avante Facades. He is highly adept at navigating the unique requirements and façade applications in India. Driven by strong work ethics and a spirit of continuous innovation, Suresh is regarded as one of India’s most respected and sought-after façade consultants in the country.

Nanda has over 17 years of rich experience in various capacities in façade construction projects. He is currently heading Evermark Project Solutions, A Consulting firm as Façade Project Director. Prior to Evermark, he was with Goldman Sachs through C&W as Façade Project Manager and was Façade Manager at Larsen and Toubro (L&T) overseeing design and execution of various high quality and Landmark facades across India. Apart from L&T and Goldman Sachs he had worked with Technal and SP Fabricators. Nanda is responsible for managing and delivering projects on façade from conception through to completion. He coordinates and manages efforts of participant firms and individuals for successful completion of façade package in a project.

Neeraj Nayyar is the Head–Specification & Product Development for Viva Composite Panels. He is a Mechanical engineer and MBA - Marketing graduate by qualification. He has 16 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical, Solution selling and also Level 2 IFE qualified certification in Passive Firestopping. He has gained experience in various facade solutions and developed expertise in various fastening and firestopping applications across European, Japanese and English multinational companies and active member of Bureau of Indian Standard to develop standards on emerging technologies.

Armed with a Structural Engineering double-degree from Oxford University, Rohan has experience working with Façade and Fenestration companies in Thailand, Spain and South Korea. Leading the operations at Aluplex since 2011, Rohan has been using his strong technical foundations to deliver multiple façade projects across the country of varying complexity and scale.

T.S. Aditya is the Vice President – Strategy & Business Development at Qutone, bringing over 14 years of extensive experience in the façade industry. He has been instrumental in driving the company’s sales function, focusing on acquiring key accounts, developing and managing sales budgets, and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders and channel partners.

Aditya holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Jaipur and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from SSBM, Geneva, specializing in consultative selling and key account management. His research paper on the Analysis of Flow Characteristics Through Circular Crested Weirs was published in the international journal Hydro in 2008, earning notable appreciation.

Yogesh Tantia oversees design teams across DSP studios and guides the design of projects around various typologies. He approaches difficult design challenges by concentrating on the essence of an idea and allowing it to drill down into the details of each project. This leads to the highest quality of built work.

The design process includes analysis, discovery, optimization, composition, placemaking and programmatic analysis. He believes architecture must be sustainable while blending both art and science.

In his more than two decades as an architect, he has designed projects ranging from high-performance corporate campuses to complex master plans and high end luxury condominiums.
