Nanda has over 17 years of rich experience in various capacities in façade construction projects. He is currently heading Evermark Project Solutions, A Consulting firm as Façade Project Director. Prior to Evermark, he was with Goldman Sachs through C&W as Façade Project Manager and was Façade Manager at Larsen and Toubro (L&T) overseeing design and execution of various high quality and Landmark facades across India. Apart from L&T and Goldman Sachs he had worked with Technal and SP Fabricators. Nanda is responsible for managing and delivering projects on façade from conception through to completion. He coordinates and manages efforts of participant firms and individuals for successful completion of façade package in a project.

Arun MADAPPALLATH, a Mathematics graduate and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Applications, is the General Manager of Serge Ferrari India Pvt Ltd for South Asia. He has been associated in the field of tensile membrane architecture for over 18 years and has been in the building industry since 1999 within the Middle East & South Asia region. He is based in New Delhi, India, and provides expertise and products to help you to design ever-innovative projects. He manages the complete operation of the Indian subsidiary with a team of 12 collaborators involved in different businesses, like contract & sales, finance, marketing, and administration

In the Facade industry for over 25 years and have held a variety of Technical & Managerial roles since 1996 in India and the Middle East.

My role involves providing and advising Clients facade solutions to their projects and facilitate them to negotiate commercial, technical aspects and schedule project programme

My specialties include facade design, project management, value engineering, and costing and devising business development strategies.

Dr.Omkar Powar is a senior innovations manager at Schueco Innovaton Hub for Asia, Oceania & the Americas which is located in India. He has received his Master of Engineering (Structures) from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS) Pilani and then obtained his Ph.D. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in year 2021. He is the first ever Wind-Façade Structural Engineer in India with a doctoral research work focusing on the wind tunnel evaluation of the surface pressure distributions on Tall Building Façades. He has authored research articles and presented at various international conferences, prominent publications being; “Learning from Façade Failures over Urban Landscape: Aftermath of Cyclone Vardah” ASCE (Nat. Hazards Rev. Journal), and “Localized Effects due to Aerodynamic Modifications in Buildings: A State-of-Art Review” in a book series by Springer.

He started his industry endeavor by joining the Innovation Hub of Schüco in year 2021. Currently he is responsible to tap the technological advancements in various interdisciplinary areas and harness their potential to apply in the domain of facades & building envelopes. He is involved in designing of user-centric and futuristic products. He also act as a point of contact for the collaboration activities with academia and allied industries. Before joining Schueco he has also shouldered the responsibilities (for 5+ years) of performing the structural proof-checks for various façade design projects. He has also been a resource person for numerous ‘Skill-Development Workshops’, ‘AICTE Quality Improvement Program’, and ‘Train the Trainers Program’ on Use of Glass and Glazing System in Buildings as per national and international design standards. Omkar is also a recipient of “AWSAR Award -2018” from Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India for the article “Glass: Superhero in the World of Construction Materials”.

Kushagra Awasthi comes with over 13 years of experience in various aspects of façade and fenestration in both Aluminium and UPVC products. By education, he is a post-graduate in Architecture, integrated with Façade Design, from TH OWL, Germany, and a graduate of Anna University in Mechanical Engineering, from India.

His core competencies include custom engineering, value engineering, and system development. In his current role, he heads the engineering division of Schueco India, that is responsible for technical compliance, pre-construction designing, post-award activities, structural engineering, new product development and L&D activities.

Prior to this role, he was leading product management for a global portfolio where he was accountable for article management, market analysis, product costing and product performance.

He comes with a diverse knowledge in project execution, auditing and troubleshooting with his experience over these 9 years with Schueco India, in both commercial and residential businesses. Before Schueco, his capabilities span across plant operations and material planning. In his free time, he prefers listening to music, and enjoys going on long scenic drives.

Pratik Doshi, is the National Manager for Façade Business at Schueco India. With 18 years of experience in Construction industry, and 9.5 of which he has spent at Schueco India, Pratik has handled various sales territories and worked closely with architects on various benchmark projects. He is passionate about making outstanding buildings and is always committed to supporting customers. Pratik wears multiple hats and is also the Head of Estimation department at Schueco India and is constantly working on developing the team and supporting fabricating partners with quicker responses.

He loves exploring new ideas and is committed to support Fabricating partners, Consultants & Architects.

A passionate designer, with an eye for detail, Shripal has been practicing architecture and interior design for more than two and a half decades. SVA has designed integrated townships, gated communities, institutional buildings, senior living communities, mixed use commercial projects, hospitality urban as well as resorts, entertainment zones, schools and Rail infrastructure interiors. Irrespective of the scale and geographic locations of the projects, the common thread that joins all of these projects is a rigorous design development and exploration process that yields sensible and sensitive interventions that balance form, order, aesthetics and budgets. The resultant architecture is intended to elevate the human experience and make a positive contribution in our society.

Shripal started his Asian experience with HOK, HK and subsequently moved to RMJM where he was overseeing projects for 14 years in Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai and Singapore. He returned to India in 2009, to create and establish SVA.

Currently the firm has projects in design/ construction stages in India, Africa, the US and has been involved in the interior design of 6 of the High Speed Rail “ Bullet Train” Stations between Ahmedabad and Mumbai as design consultants to Larsen and Toubro.

Biju Kuriakose co-founded architectureRED, an architecture and urban design firm based out of Chennai, India. Having studied architecture in Mumbai, Biju received his Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban design from Pratt Institute, New York.

aRED’s current projects include designing public streets and public spaces for the entire neighborhood of Adyar within the city of Chennai, developing masterplan for a new 150 acre mixed use township in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, master plans for mixed use developments in Tamil Nadu, a mixed use master plan for the city of Salalah in Oman, housing projects of varying scales in Chennai, bangalore and trivandrum as well as multiple institutional buildings within the Crescent and Hindustan Universities, Chennai.

Rohit Ravi is a notable figure in the real estate and hospitality industry, serving as the Managing Director of Appaswamy Real Estates and The Residency Hotels for the past 11 years. He is also associated with RRMPL, the ownership company of St Regis Maldives. Rohit holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics, which he completed at Rutgers University.

Amrith is a Civil Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy, with a Master’s in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. He joined Ramcons in 2005 starting as a Site Engineer and later took over the reins of the company. Mr. C.S.Raghuram is the Founding Partner of TRILOGUE STUDIO, an architectural design practice that focuses on sustainability and technology in the built environment. He is also part of his family firm, C R Narayana Rao Consultants (CRN), a multi-disciplinary Architectural and Engineering consultancy firm with an extensive portfolio in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Raghuram has a dual Masters Degree in Architecture and Construction Management from the University of Illinois with specialization in Design and Technology Integration. Added to that, he carries extensive work experience both abroad and in India. Among his many awards is the "Images Commercial Complex Award for South India", the Design Excellence - Sustainability Award from Dun-Bradstreet for the DANFOSS India Project and the Leadership in Sustainability Award 2023. The School of Architecture, Anna University and MEASI Academy have Mr. Raghuram as a Visiting Faculty and also on the Board of Studies. He has been on national and regional juries for student and professional design competitions. As founding trustee of Namma Mylapore, he has a strong interest in showcasing traditional architecture and the heritage of Mylapore. His interest in Travel has led him to write Travel pieces for leading newspapers and a travel blog. He is also part of the team assisting Chennai Corporation improve pedestrian facilities in and around Mylapore.

Gregory Romine has spent his 46 year career engaged in the façade industry ranging from product design, manufacturing, façade contracting and consulting. Greg founded Avante Façade Consulting (previously Axis Façade Consulting) in 1997 and the firm has grown to support projects in over 20 countries via its offices in North America, Europe, East Asia and South Asia. In 2002 the firm entered the Indian market and the India office has provided services on over 400 projects in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Greg is well known for his expertise in façade materials including research and development of new and adaptive technologies which are curated in the firm’s vast material library. Many of the firm’s projects around the world include innovative material applications and systems based on his initiatives. Greg’s support of façade education includes lectures at universities in North America, Europe and Asia and industry outreach to architects and building owners

Mr.Faizer Ali Dastagir is the National Head–Projects for Viva Composite Panels. He is a Mechanical engineer by qualification. He Has 25 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Development, Operations and also handling execution for various Façade projects with leading Façade Companies in India and Overseas.

T.S.Aditya is working as an Vice President - Sales with FunderMax. He is associated with the brand for more than 8 years, and has been responsible for the company’s sales function which includes, adding key accounts, developing and managing sales budgets and solidifying relationships with key industry stake holders and channel partners.

Aditya did his BTech in Civil Engineering from NIT Jaipur and MBA from IIM Lucknow. He has been working in the facade industry for the last 10 years. His paper on Analysis of flow characteristics though circular created weirs was appreciated and published in an international journal Hydro in 2008. His hobbies include painting, badminton and swimming.

ShriKrishna Ginde has an overall experience of 27 years in accomplishing prestigious facade projects, worth more than ₹2000+ Crores invalue and Lakhs of SqMts in Volume. Have had hands on training at an overseas Façade Testing Lab – AL Futtaim Bodycote (now AL Futtaim Elements) in Dubai, UAE and have conducted several on site & off-site tests on Facades, including the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Metro, Jumeirah Lake Towers in UAE. To name a few more successfully completed façade works for projects like ATC Tower & the office buildings (ATT & TBB) at IGI Airport, New Delhi, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata, claddimg at T3 of IGI Airport, New Delhi. She has managed a diverse portfolio of projects of sizeable magnitude for Large Indian and Foreign MNCs & Corporates, both in India & Abroad. Having worked in C. R. Narayana Rao Consultants Pvt Ltd for over 14 years, her design portfolio includes prestigious projects like the Amazon Campus in Hyderabad, NIIT Campus in Greater Noida, HCC 247 Park in Mumbai, etc. Her focus has been on evolving innovative design solutions that are contextual and sustainable and creating spaces that are exhilarating to experience while being functional.

S. Roopesh Kumar is working as a Sr. DGM Façade in L&T Construction, he is a Civil Engineer by profession having more than 25 years of experience in construction industries involved in Residential, commercial, Industrial, Airport projects. Prior to L&T was associated with STUP, ECONS consultants.

His passionate towards Façade started way back in year 2000, have executed fully glazed office tower at Millennium business park Navi Mumbai., the complete system was imported from Malaysia, from then nothing has stopped him learning.

Ron Hull, P.E, CDT® is the Global Director of High-Performance Products for Kuraray. Ron is based in the USA and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Facade Tectonics Institute (FTI) and CSI South Florida Chapter and is also the Secretary and Treasurer of the Glazing Industry Code Committee (GICC). Ron is an active member of the Florida AIA, Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA).

Ravindra Kumar (Ravee), heads Design as a Director at Venkataramanan associates. His strength has been in providing innovative design solutions to emerging project trends in Asia. He has a keen understanding of the complex needs of urbanity and its reconstruct for innovation on design ideation. Specialisation on new laboratory facilities, technology campuses and R&D facilities, New building typologies and understanding the need to integrate building and landscape aesthetics has been his unique abilities. He has designed many of VA's large complex project with more than two decades of experience. Ravindra is also a founder of Pragrup, a research lab and an architecture studio has pioneered in rigorous sustainable approach to design, through work that spans the spectrum from master plans to furniture design.

Amernath has gained extensive experience in Multistoried residential apartments and commercial buildings to township projects as well as interiors of luxury homes and offices in and around Chennai. He is associated with some of the city’s most prominent builders and industrialists in the field of architecture and design.

As Director - Principal Façade Consultant at TDS Coetus Pvt. Ltd, led numerous high-profile Façade engineering projects in India, the Middle East, and Australia.
