Anupama is an Architect and Urban Planner, and is the pan India Design Head with Emaar India. She is a strategic leader with a passion for design and innovative sustainable technologies. With over 28 years of experience to her credit, she has effectively managed and spearheaded projects across India and the United States.

Anupama has helped clients successfully define their goals and requirements for a range of complex projects including largescale mixed-use developments and high-performance buildings in the commercial, office, hospitality, residential, infrastructure and other market sectors. She brings valuable international experience and leadership to the Emaar India team.

Anupama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi and a double master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from U.C. Berkeley, USA. She is a LEED Accredited professional and an admitted member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), having lived and worked in the US for 20 years. In one of her previous roles, she has also served as Managing Director for Gensler India.

Madhur Goyal is a Senior Architect with Mott MacDonald India. He is a design enthusiast with passion for advance technologies in AEC environment and energy efficient buildings. With over 12 years of experience he has managed projects across India & United States.

In his previous roles, Madhur has helped various clients in North American region to successfully delivered projects in budget and limited timeframe. Manali Joglekar has a proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and structurally sound façade solutions in India, Southeast Asia (SEA), and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regions. Nikita is the Founder of NM Corp with over 13 years of experience leading large multidisciplinary teams in the design of large scale complex projects across the architecture industry. The diversity of her work spans across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Convention Centre, Mixed Use and Hospitality sectors and is a testimony to her ability of bringing unique design solutions in diverse building environments.

As Director of UHA since 2012, Ricardo is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the studio’s largest and most complex projects. With a detail-oriented approach, he specialises in complex design documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination, buildability, and ultimate delivery.

With over 30 years’ experience working on mixed-use and high-rise structures worldwide, Ricardo has delivered commercially successful projects across four continents, including Sadro Residencias in Puebla, Omkar 1973 Worli in Mumbai, and the Symbol Masterplan in Moscow.

Ricardo was instrumental in establishing UHA offices in Budapest, Lisbon and Mumbai, and is currently spearheading the studio's first projects in the Middle East in Dubai, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

A graduate of the TVB School of Habitat Studies, Sidhartha started his career with veteran architect Gautam Bhatia; he explored various mediums of spatial expression—including Interior Architecture and Exhibition Design—before co-founding Studio Lotus. Significant projects of the studio in his domain include Krushi Bhawan in Bhubaneswar, an upcoming museum complex for the Aga Khan Trust for Culture at the Qutb Shahi Gardens in Hyderabad, RAAS Jodhpur, which stands as an exemplar of ‘Contemporizing Craft,’ the Integrated Production Facility for Organic India in Lucknow, which has become the first LEED Platinum-rated project in the practice’s portfolio. Ongoing projects in the studio include a master plan and architectural schematic for an eco-conscious residential community in the Himalayan foothills, a 500-acre master plan for an eco-conscious community living project in Jaipur, and a new campus for the Indian Institute of Art and Design in Gurugram. Premium commercial and high-rise residential projects with the Max Group that are centred around occupant well-being mark the studio’s successful foray into these typologies.

Srinivas Hoizal has played a Leadership Role in Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Testing, Installation & Maintenance of many Brick & Mortars to Complex Building Facades and Façade Access Equipment’s to Global standards like Brick Artwork, Form finishes, GFRC, UHPC, Precast Concrete, Aluminium & Glazing to name a few, infusing Sustainable Design Strategies with Focus on end user Comfort engaging Local Procurement & Fabrication.

Stuart has been construction leader for mega projects across the globe with vast experience in design, execution and handover across all disciplines. Spearheading projects for major international firms Jacobs, Samsung, Laing O’Rourke and Mace, he has been a champion of modern methods of construction and digital engineering.   

Stuart excels in project execution by implementing top-tier management practices and establishing efficient processes. He works closely with the supply chain to adopt cutting-edge technologies, boosting productivity and enhancing efficiency. 

In India, Stuart led the iconic Jio World Centre in Mumbai for Reliance and the first two mixed use developments for IKEA in Gurgaon and Noida. In his current role as Chief Construction Officer for M3M group he is responsible for end to end construction delivery across the country.  

Suparna is a principal architect of Abaxial, and graduated with a Masters degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley in 1998.

She is an architect and conservationist who has worked on a number of architecture, conservation and interior projects in India and abroad. She has been involved in the adaptive reuse and renovation of heritage buildings and palaces, as well as urban conservation and renewal strategies. This coupled with her independent practise gives her strong insight into various aspects of project conceptualisation, design development and detail.

She has been a regular columnist with Business Standard and now writes for several design journals. She is also on the Editorial Board of Green Life magazine and the advisory for The Future Institute. She is on the visiting faculty of the School of Architecture in Delhi, and is currently working on projects in co-ordination with civic and regulatory bodies towards the establishment of an integrated framework for development and historic revitalisation. Suparna is an active member of INTACH. She has been a principal of Bhalla Ribeiro Bhalla since 1999.
