Gautam is an architect by training and a building enclosure specialist by profession, with extensive experience delivering façade solutions across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and India. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to projects spanning three continents, bringing expertise in façades optimized for manufacturing, assembly, and environmental performance.

He currently leads a team of specialists dedicated to supporting key stakeholders with well-engineered, safe, and sustainable building envelope solutions, ensuring alignment between architectural vision, technical performance, and long-term value.

Harsha is a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in façades and fenestration products, specializing in new product development for both Indian and international markets. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.

Currently, Harsha is responsible for leading the engineering division within the pre-award project process, overseeing technical compliance, pre-construction activities, design, and structural analysis for façade and fenestration projects.

Previously, Harsha spearheaded the development of innovative products tailored to various international markets, addressing distinct product standards, construction requirements, and testing protocols. He has worked closely with Schueco’s headquarters in Germany, managing collaborative development efforts.

With a strong background in concept design, technical expertise in fenestration, and extensive experience in testing, Harsha brings a comprehensive skill set to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys automotive sketching, baking, and watching movies.

Malvinder Singh Rooprai, Architectural Market Development Manager & Technical Consultant for PVB division of Kuraray, is based out of New Delhi – INDIA. His key responsibilities are to grow the market for value added products under the umbrella of Trosifol® in Asia Pacific region.

His academic background in structural engineering and working experience as structural façade engineer enables him to provide technical consultancy on laminated glass applications to façade consultants, architects laminators. He has a rich experience on finite element modeling of laminated glass for analyzing the effects of viscoelastic behavior of polymeric interlayers on the structural performance of laminated glass panels in architectural applications. He has provided consulting support on structural analysis of laminated glass in various iconic projects like Shanghai Tower, Lotte Tower, World One in AP region. He complex applications like blast & bullet resistant glazings.

Malvinder has presented papers on laminated glass with Ionomer interlayers in events like GPD, World of Facades at Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Colombo & Singapore. He has also presented on structural performance of laminated glass at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He did his Masters in Structural Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala – India and did his dissertation work on Wind Load Modeling in Tall Rectangular Buildings including Interference effects by Artificial Neural Networks.

Mathieu Meur provides strategic and technical leadership as the director of DP Façade. Through his training as a multi-disciplinary engineer, and subsequent years of experience heading the largest façade consultancy practise in the world, he has developed extensive knowledge of all types of building envelope systems, their design, engineering, and related codes of practice. He has worked on hundreds of major construction projects in Asia, the Middle East and beyond, including Resorts World at Sentosa, Changi Airport, The Dubai Mall and 145 City Road London. Passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills with others, he is a frequent speaker at conferences, writes for technical publications, and has been a Lecturer on façade design and condition assessment since 2002. He is a fellow of the Society of Façade Engineering in the UK, and fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore. Considering sustainability to be at the heart of the process, Mathieu was the Chairman of the Singapore Green Building Council Taskforce on Cladding & Roofing from 2012 to 2016.

Neeraj Nayyar is the Head–Specification & Product Development for Viva Composite Panels. He is a Mechanical engineer and MBA - Marketing graduate by qualification. He has 16 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical, Solution selling and also Level 2 IFE qualified certification in Passive Firestopping. He has gained experience in various facade solutions and developed expertise in various fastening and firestopping applications across European, Japanese and English multinational companies and active member of Bureau of Indian Standard to develop standards on emerging technologies.

Ritesh started his career with Arup Singapore after completing his Bachelor`s in Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and has now re-joined Arup Mumbai Office as Senior Consultant. Ritesh is currently leading the façade team for Arup India. He brings in unique perspective to projects with his computation design approach and his proficiency in visual scripting, BIM platforms, and Climate Change Design. Ritesh brings technical skills and project delivery experience having worked in façade projects from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India with key clients. He has also been involved in various building diagnostics and rectification works in Singapore and India.

Armed with a Structural Engineering double-degree from Oxford University, Rohan has experience working with Façade and Fenestration companies in Thailand, Spain and South Korea. Leading the operations at Aluplex since 2011, Rohan has been using his strong technical foundations to deliver multiple façade projects across the country of varying complexity and scale.

Sushant Goel is a postgraduate structural engineer from the University of Stuttgart, with seven years of professional experience in Germany. During this time, he contributed to a diverse range of international projects across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on grid shells, membrane structures, cable facades, movable roofs, and footbridges.In July 2021, Sushant co-founded the India office of Eckersley O’Callaghan in Noida, alongside Brian Eckersley and James O’Callaghan. Since then, he has worked on domestic and international projects of varying scales, delivering structural and facade engineering solutions.Sushant also serves as Visiting Faculty at CEPT University, Ahmedabad, where he mentors postgraduate structural engineering students, bringing real-world project experience into the academic environment and strengthening industry-academia connections.

T.S. Aditya is the Vice President – Strategy & Business Development at Qutone, bringing over 14 years of extensive experience in the façade industry. He has been instrumental in driving the company’s sales function, focusing on acquiring key accounts, developing and managing sales budgets, and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders and channel partners.

Aditya holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Jaipur and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from SSBM, Geneva, specializing in consultative selling and key account management. His research paper on the Analysis of Flow Characteristics Through Circular Crested Weirs was published in the international journal Hydro in 2008, earning notable appreciation.
