He completed his Bachelor's in Architecture from Amity School of Architecture, Noida and then started his professional career in 2010 with A Sharma Associates. He moved to United States in 2015 for his specialization in Urban Design from Arizona State University, Phoenix.  After his master’s program he joined Nelsen Partners, a USA-based firm, and worked with them until 2024. During the tenure with Nelsen Partners, Aviral worked on several high rise commercial, residential and urban projects in Arizona, Texas and Utah.  In July 2024, Aviral decided to move back to New Delhi, India, to apply his academic experience, design skills and professional exposure, in areas of urban design, architecture and construction industry to advance the services at A Sharma Associates.  Alongside hospitality design, Aviral is passionate about topics like resiliency, sustainable cites and human centric design.

Mathieu Meur provides strategic and technical leadership as the director of DP Façade. Through his training as a multi-disciplinary engineer, and subsequent years of experience heading the largest façade consultancy practise in the world, he has developed extensive knowledge of all types of building envelope systems, their design, engineering, and related codes of practice. He has worked on hundreds of major construction projects in Asia, the Middle East and beyond, including Resorts World at Sentosa, Changi Airport, The Dubai Mall and 145 City Road London. Passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills with others, he is a frequent speaker at conferences, writes for technical publications, and has been a Lecturer on façade design and condition assessment since 2002. He is a fellow of the Society of Façade Engineering in the UK, and fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore. Considering sustainability to be at the heart of the process, Mathieu was the Chairman of the Singapore Green Building Council Taskforce on Cladding & Roofing from 2012 to 2016.

Ravi joined Dow in 2007 as Application Engineer & Technical Support for Dow Corning supporting High Performance Building Division. He was instrumental in building lab capability for construction business in India which facilitated a better & faster response to regional customers.

Ritesh started his career with Arup Singapore after completing his Bachelor`s in Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and has now re-joined Arup Mumbai Office as Senior Consultant. Ritesh is currently leading the façade team for Arup India. He brings in unique perspective to projects with his computation design approach and his proficiency in visual scripting, BIM platforms, and Climate Change Design. Ritesh brings technical skills and project delivery experience having worked in façade projects from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India with key clients. He has also been involved in various building diagnostics and rectification works in Singapore and India.

Armed with a Structural Engineering double-degree from Oxford University, Rohan has experience working with Façade and Fenestration companies in Thailand, Spain and South Korea. Leading the operations at Aluplex since 2011, Rohan has been using his strong technical foundations to deliver multiple façade projects across the country of varying complexity and scale.

Sajid Raza is the CEO of Butler Engineering (ME) & Butler Engineering Int’l Ltd (UK), responsible for overall operational steering of the organization in the Middle East, UK, Europe and Asia.

He received Mechanical Engineering degree from Aligarh Muslim University and an MBA from Jamia University both in India. With strong belief in continuous learning, he took up various training courses like NFPA 101, 13, 20, 25, 72, 130 and IFC Special Inspection training to name a few.

Being member of the UAE Fire Code Council, Sajid has provided a unique dimension to Façade Fire Safety philosophy. Recently conferred with the Global Excellence Award for his contribution to ‘Life Safety Cause’ is a testimony in itself. In addition, Sajid is the Middle East Chair for the International Firestop Council (IFC) advocating a continuous fire safety improvement.

Sushant Goel is a postgraduate structural engineer from the University of Stuttgart, with seven years of professional experience in Germany. During this time, he contributed to a diverse range of international projects across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on grid shells, membrane structures, cable facades, movable roofs, and footbridges.In July 2021, Sushant co-founded the India office of Eckersley O’Callaghan in Noida, alongside Brian Eckersley and James O’Callaghan. Since then, he has worked on domestic and international projects of varying scales, delivering structural and facade engineering solutions.Sushant also serves as Visiting Faculty at CEPT University, Ahmedabad, where he mentors postgraduate structural engineering students, bringing real-world project experience into the academic environment and strengthening industry-academia connections.

T.S. Aditya is the Vice President – Strategy & Business Development at Qutone, bringing over 14 years of extensive experience in the façade industry.
